Sourced from the Cauca region of Colombia, this coffee brings together carefully selected lots from small producers at high altitude.
The result is a clean, balanced cup—approachable, yet true to specialty coffee standards.
This first batch is designed as an introduction to specialty coffee: smooth, structured, and naturally refined, with just enough brightness to keep it lively.
Tasting Notes:
Chocolate • Cane Sugar • Subtle Citrus

Brewing:
Best enjoyed as pour-over (V60), but also great with AeroPress, French press, or espresso.
Use 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per 6 fl oz of water at 200°F. Brew for 2–5 minutes.
Really impressed with this coffee. The aroma is rich, fresh, and incredibly smooth. The flavor is very well balanced with no bitterness, just an authentic Colombian coffee taste.
Very easy to enjoy every morning and it honestly feels more premium than many bigger brands. Definitely a coffee I will buy again.

I travel for work and have tried alot of coffee in my travels and this coffee is so good ! Really soft and really good, but strong and long lasting. The taste is premium and it is not sour or acidic at all. 100% recommend this coffee! Great flavor too !

It has a really smooth, well-balanced flavor that’s easy to enjoy, even if you’re not super familiar with specialty coffee. It’s a great introduction if you’re looking to try something beyond your usual coffee. Definitely recommend!
