Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at threelegjaguar@gmail.com and we will make it right.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
