Before the brand ever existed, we spent 2 years riding through the Colombian mountains, cycling across remote regions in search of exceptional fincas — often far from the main roads, hidden deep in the landscape. These journeys were not about convenience, but about finding producers whose work and environment truly reflected the quality we aim to deliver.

We carefully select specialty-grade coffees from Colombia’s diverse regions, choosing only lots that meet our uncompromising standards for quality and character. Rather than buying green coffee and shifting the value elsewhere, we made a deliberate decision to roast at origin — working with experienced Colombian professionals who bring precision and expertise to every batch.
